Car tinting is a meticulous craft that integrates precise operation and professional technology, aiming to achieve perfect adhesion between the film and glass while balancing protective performance and aesthetic appeal.

The process begins with thorough preparation: first, the vehicle exterior is cleaned to remove dust, with a focus on wiping the glass surface and edges to eliminate oil stains, water spots, and other impurities. Subsequently, the film material is accurately cut according to the window size, leaving a reasonable margin to fit the glass curvature. The core construction stage adopts the "wet application method": a special installation fluid is sprayed between the glass and the film, which not only lubricates for easy position adjustment but also expels air bubbles. Technicians use a squeegee to evenly press from the center to the surroundings, gradually removing excess fluid and air to ensure the film surface is flat without creases. Finally, edge trimming is performed to remove redundant film material and check adhesion. The film is left to stand for 24-48 hours to allow the installation fluid to dry completely, completing the tinting process.

Professional craftsmanship is crucial to the tinting effect. Standardized operation can avoid problems such as bubbles and edge lifting, enabling the film to exert optimal heat insulation, explosion-proof, and privacy protection functions while maintaining the transparent texture of the car windows.
