Shipping Policy

All prices shown online already include shipping fees and all applicable taxes.
If you need delivery to any country outside the United States, please contact our support team at support@matrixthunder.com in advance to confirm delivery arrangements and estimated arrival time before placing your order.

The estimated delivery window is determined by combining order processing duration and transit time. Most orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouses located in China.

Daily order cutoff time: 6:00 PM (GMT+8)
Standard order processing: 1–2 business days
Transit timelines:
Continental United States: 5–10 business days

U.S. territories and remote areas (including Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico): 8–13 business days

Delivery timelines are carrier‑provided estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to external circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, carrier service interruptions, and peak holiday periods. If your package tracking remains unchanged for a lengthy period or delivery is unreasonably overdue beyond the estimated date, please email us at support@matrixthunder.com. We will initiate a trace request with the shipping carrier to locate your package.

Please be advised that order cancellations are only allowed before the order has been shipped. Once the package has left our facility and is in transit, cancellation requests cannot be honored. To update your shipping address, email us with your order number and the corrected delivery address.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
