If your cylinder blows through, the compression is too low, or even a piston seizure has occurred, then this kit is exactly the right thing for you. Kit is for standard bore size - 41.00 mm x 37.80 mm stroke, 12mm steel piston pin. Compression Ratio 5.6:1. This kit is excellent as a low-cost replacement for defects in the original cylinder.

For the LT50, the cylinder does not have the vacuum port near the intake that connects to the petcock. You can drill and top your own or just disconnect as it is not required. Please compare our kit with your original part to make sure this is the correct kit that you want.

Check your piston. This one was an exact match for my engine. This one lined up with the valves perfectly. Others had different valve profiles in the piston.

When I first rebuilt my gy6 150cc motor I had low compression and excessive oil in the cylinder. I tore the engine apart again and found that my piston rings were installed upside down. I flipped them over the right way and the engine has 155psi compression and no oil problems. The motor runs great after 3 hours or so of run time. You DO NOT need to bore the case on your motor with this kit which as also really nice. You will almost certainly need to rejet your carb. I used a #125 main jet with this big bore kit, performance head, nibbi intake, and straight through exhaust.

It was quite the job to install it this product, not due to the quality of it being aftermarket, because the job itself was really difficult.
However, I’m happy to report immediately after installing this replacement cat my sisters mpg was immediately restored to full capacity and her check engine light went off immediately!

Fit 2016 Kia Soul Base. My OEM cat cracked and replaced it 1 1/2 ago with an eBay knock off...Mistake, check engine light would not go off. This one after 35 miles the Check engine light went off and was able to pass emissions. 🎉 Heat shield fit to the original OEM bolts unlike the eBay one that I had to redrill and use smaller bolts. Included all nuts, bolts and gadgets. Much better build quality than the eBay junk. Lets see how long it will last. 🤞
