This is a cylinder block with a 90掳 angle for the oil temp sensor, so it will be plug and play ready to be installed on the fuel injected CRF110F. Uses a straight mount for the oil temp sensor and does not use the sensor cover because of that. If you install this specific cylinder block on your CRF110F that you will need to install also the KWB cylinder head type. If you install this cylinder on a carbureted bike, then you need to close the hole for the oil temperature sensor with a bolt and a copper washer.

Note: Case boring required: If you don't have any experience working on your engine, we highly recommend having a professional technician install this kit or, at a minimum, purchasing the shop manual for your bike available from your local Honda dealer. Case boring requires precision and it creates a ton of metal shavings. Its best to completely disassemble the engine when you bore a set of cases. That way you can ensure the cases are 100% clean for reassembly. The product on offer is an accessory or spare part and thus is not an original product of the vehicle manufacturer. Check your piston. This one was an exact match for my engine. This one lined up with the valves perfectly. Others had different valve profiles in the piston.

When I first rebuilt my gy6 150cc motor I had low compression and excessive oil in the cylinder. I tore the engine apart again and found that my piston rings were installed upside down. I flipped them over the right way and the engine has 155psi compression and no oil problems. The motor runs great after 3 hours or so of run time. You DO NOT need to bore the case on your motor with this kit which as also really nice. You will almost certainly need to rejet your carb. I used a #125 main jet with this big bore kit, performance head, nibbi intake, and straight through exhaust.

It was quite the job to install it this product, not due to the quality of it being aftermarket, because the job itself was really difficult.
However, I’m happy to report immediately after installing this replacement cat my sisters mpg was immediately restored to full capacity and her check engine light went off immediately!

Fit 2016 Kia Soul Base. My OEM cat cracked and replaced it 1 1/2 ago with an eBay knock off...Mistake, check engine light would not go off. This one after 35 miles the Check engine light went off and was able to pass emissions. 🎉 Heat shield fit to the original OEM bolts unlike the eBay one that I had to redrill and use smaller bolts. Included all nuts, bolts and gadgets. Much better build quality than the eBay junk. Lets see how long it will last. 🤞
